Pero cuando se trata de garantías o que el den servicio a la bicicleta son pésimos, el mecánico o quien sea que de mantenimiento hace un trabajo muy malo... Si pueden comprar su bici en otro lugar, mejor y si no, eviten llevarla ahí para su servicio porque pueden ponerse en riesgo de usar la bici con confianza y lastimarse por una mala instalación. Yo llevé mi bici a garantía y me cambiaron el desviador, aplicaron garantía pero me pusieron un desviador para bici de ruta y mi bici es de montaña, al hacer los cambios quedaba super floja la cadena, lo cual, es un riesgo enorme. No era una ponchadura, la válvula estaba defectuosa pero les valió. Estaba $1100 más barata en mercado libre, preferí comprarla aquí para evitar estos problemas y salió peor.
