Excellent service. I was able to bring my mom's stuff and they converted it to new rings. That makes it have a greater value for one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé si yo tuve mala suerte o solamente el relojero ese día en particular estaba mal, porque la atención fue buena:
1- llevé mi Rolex a servicio el día 31 de marzo de 2021: le tenían que hacer el servicio completo($5,350)
2- ese mismo día les lleve un "Zafiro" que compre yo en Ebay para ver si se lo podían colocar(me dijeron que lo revisaban y me avisaban)
3- cuando lo revisaron me dijeron que si se podía colocar, pero que existía el riesgo de romper el "zafiro" a lo cual les dije que no importaba (+Extra $800 de la colocación)
4- paso por mi Reloj(que ya es un Rolex viejo), impecable muy bien pulido, con su "zafiro" colocado.
5- ese Reloj siempre lo uso para todo(meterme a la playa, a la alberca para todo casi no me lo quito), el día 1 me metí a bañar y se le metió el agua....... a lo cual regrese a llevarlo
6- me recibieron el reloj y me comentaron que aparentemente la tapa no había cerrado bien que se los dejara de nuevo
7-me marcaron para decirme que no iba a quedar sellado mi reloj nunca, y que su recomendación era ya no meterlo al agua(JA JAJA)
8-les comenté que si podían poner el reloj en su estado original (para que fuera contra agua) a o cuál nos dijeron que no podían, ya que se había "modificado el bisel"
El punto es que pague $6,150.00 para que echaran a perder mi Reloj solo lo pulieron muy bien, pero ya no se puede usar.

I don't know if I was unlucky or only the watchmaker that particular day was wrong, because the service was good:
1- I took my Rolex to service on March 31, 2021: they had to do the full service ($ 5,350)
2- That same day I brought them a "Sapphire" that I bought on Ebay to see if they could put it on (they told me they would check it and let me know)
3- when they reviewed it they told me that it could be placed, but that there was a risk of breaking the "sapphire" to which I told them that it did not matter (+ Extra $ 800 of the placement)
4- pass by my Watch (which is already an old Rolex), impeccable, very well polished, with its "sapphire" attached.
5- I always use that watch for everything (go to the beach, to the pool for everything, I hardly take it off), on day 1 I went to bathe and the water got in ....... to which come back to take it
6- they received me the watch and told me that apparently the lid had not closed well that I should leave them again
7-they marked me to tell me that my watch would never be sealed, and that their recommendation was not to put it in the water anymore (HA HAHA)
8-I commented to them that if they could put the watch in its original state (so that it was against water) or which one they told us they could not, since the bezel had been "modified"
The point is that I paid $ 6,150.00 to have my Watch spoiled they just polished it very well, but it can no longer be used.
