Me atrase con un pago debido a la situación económica que se vive hoy en día pero a la semana que venció lo fui a pagar, me cortaron el internet y ya tengo tres semanas sin internet, pague hace tres semanas y llamo para que me atiendan y no me dan solución, dicen que irán técnicos a verificar la antena y no veo que vengan. Horrible internet! No lo contraten! Exigen los pagos y el internet falla, nunca te atienden ni en oficinas ni en el teléfono. No lo contraten recalcó!
 Terrible customer service, they never answer.
