If they were more flexible with the permits I think the subdivision would be more populated, the concept is good more if they lack a lot of administration.

El fraccionamiento tiene seguridad solo como prevencion, no tienen ninguna autoridad, los responsables de la seguridad son realemente los de la delegacion. No tendra muro perimetral y las calles y parques son de uso publico, tierra donada al municipio. Hay terrenos comerciales en el medio del fraccionamiento y cuando venden dicen que seran areas verdes. Vayan a desarrollo urbano y pidan ver el plano real. El porcentaje real de areas verdes es de risa. Las amenidades las utilizan para vender y luego las desaparecen. Asesorate bien, habla con los vecinos
Get advice before buying. They sell with deception. The subdivision has security only as a prevention, they do not have any authority, those responsible for security are actually those of the delegation. It will not have a perimeter wall and the streets and parks are for public use, land donated to the municipality. There are commercial lands in the middle of the subdivision and when they sell they say they will be green areas. Go to urban development and ask to see the real plan. The actual percentage of green areas is laughable. The amenities are used to sell and then disappear. Get good advice, talk to the neighbors
