★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena Birria tenía rato que no la comía siento que le hace falta un huesito en la cazuela para disfrutar y preferiría que la carne en el consomé de birria fuera en trozo y no picada, para poder ponerla en unas tortillitas hechas a mano con su tradicional salsa de chile de árbol. Ahora si a disfrutar, que delicia!!!
 Very good Birria I had not eaten it for a while, I feel that it needs a bone in the casserole to enjoy it and I would prefer that the meat in the birria consommé were in pieces and not minced, to be able to put it in some handmade tortillas with its traditional Arbol chili sauce. Now if to enjoy, what a delight!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una de las birrias más ricas de Puebla. Cuentan con tacos, quesabirrias, cemitas, mulitas y por supuesto, consomé.
La atención de su propietario es excelente.
Tienen la tradicional salsa de árbol y además de habanero por si buscas algo más picoso.
El local fue ampliado recientemente, ya no está en la calle y cuenta con mesas en el interior.
Definitivamente recomiendo ampliamente.
One of the richest birrias in Puebla. They have tacos, quesabirrias, cemitas, mulitas and of course, consommé.
The owner's attention is excellent.
They have the traditional tree sauce and in addition to habanero in case you are looking for something spicier.
The place was recently expanded, it is no longer on the street and has tables inside.
I definitely highly recommend.
