★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues yo sinceramente creo que es más la tradición que otra cosa. El aceite es abundante, la atención no es buena y su sabor, honestamente, no es algo particularmente bueno. Sin embargo comprendo que es el estilo de Huamantla y parte de su identidad y eso es lo que les da el toque diferente.
Well, I sincerely believe that it is more tradition than anything else. The oil is abundant, the attention is not good and its taste, honestly, is not something particularly good. However, I understand that it is Huamantla's style and part of her identity and that is what gives them a different touch.
