★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For weightlifting, this is a very large, well-stocked gym. They have two squat racks, lots of dumbbell benches, two leg-press machines (and a hack-squat machine), and lots of other random equipment (lots of cables, accessory machines, and the like). I never felt like anything was missing, was generally happy. Downsides -- no a/c (respect for people sweating out the cardio), music so loud that you can't listen to your own music. Wasn't too busy during the week during the afternoon (but that may be because of the heat). Monthly membership was reasonable at MX$390, membership does not include Sundays (which cost an extra MX$25 -- not going to break the bank). About a 70/30 split between men and women (in the afternoons).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to like this gym. I did. I was in oaxaca for a month. It's the best priced gym and, theoretically, all I wanted were good weights and some machines.
It's overcrowded with machines. No real space. 8 was interrupted every set by people cutting in. And when I say cutting in- I mean I would do a set, stand up to take a break, and an entire group would take whatever machine I was working on.
I began to absolutely hate it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up for a month membership during my stay in Oaxaca.
Pros:
- convenient location
- great hours
- tons of weights & machines
Cons:
- limited cardio options (this is okay for me because I had my jump rope) but there are only ellipticals, a few bikes, and one stepper
- super busy at most times or the day (Sunday was the exception!)
- additional fee for Sunday gym (only 25 pesos but Sunday is my favorite gym day as I can really take my time; I wish this was included in the membership)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too crowded but the place has good equipment and the cost isn't as high as other gyms. The coaches and the staff are nice people. The cardio elliptical machines are working fine. There's enough dumbbells even though many of the clients never put them back in the rack after used.

Not 5 stars because the gym is super messy and people don’t put the weights and equipment back and nearly no one cleans after themselves.
Gets pretty crowded but the day pas is super cheap for what you get so still worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50 pesos for the entrance, which is a good price. The gym is big and has good and different machines for every body part. Lots of free weight and dumbbells over 100lbs.
Things I didn’t like:
- went there on a Friday at 2pm and is was crowded. You have to wait a lot or be really lucky to use a bench. Can’t imagine how it is during rush hour.
- it’s super hot in there, no A/C so you’ll sweat a lot
- very messy, you have to look for matching dumbbells
