El servicio por parte de quienes atienden el lugar, de lo mejor.
La carne de la hamburguesa excelente y de muy buen sabor. La verdura fresca y en buena cantidad. El precio bastante razonable.
Lo único que pudiera considerar como posible mejora sería el tamaño de la hamburguesa, ajustada al pan comercial. Podrían buscar hacerlas mas grandes, pero eso aplicaría solo a comelones como yo ( de hecho pedí la doble... muy recomendable)
Tienen un programita de cliente frecuente en el cual te dan una sorpresa en tu octava visita... yo ya llevo dos (lo que, dicho sea de paso, significa que volví)... y espero poder descubrir la sorpresa pronto.
I am a hamburger at heart and, looking for options in Salamanca, I came across this place and decided to give it a try.
The service from those who attend the place, the best.
The hamburger meat is excellent and has a very good flavor. Vegetables are fresh and in good quantity. The price quite reasonable.
The only thing I could consider as a possible improvement would be the size of the hamburger, adjusted to commercial bread. They could look to make them bigger, but that would only apply to eaters like me (in fact I asked for the double ... highly recommended)
They have a frequent customer program in which they give you a surprise on your eighth visit ... I've already had two (which, by the way, means that I came back) ... and I hope to discover the surprise soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La forma de servir alitas me parece adecuada, solo que les hace falta sazon. De las hamburquesas la que me toco probar tenia buen sabor, pero el costo se me hizo un poquito alto. En cuanto al sevicio, es muy tardado el tiempo de espera, es normal una espera de 15 minutos porque se preparan al momento, pero 40 minutos es demaciado. la persona encargada de la mesa no esta atenta y depronto no hay quien limpie la mesa o para ofrecer algo mas. En cuanto al establecimiento me parece acogedor y hace sentir en una casita humilde tipica de rancho.

As for the sevice, the waiting time is very long, a wait of 15 minutes is normal because they are prepared at the moment, but 40 minutes is too much.
