★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El jueves fui hacerme el tinte. Salió muy muy mal y no es para nada lo que había pedido. Me daba pena decirlo a la peluquera por miedo que se ofendiera y me callé para no hacerla sentir mal. Pero pagué 1400$ y mi cabello se ve horrible. Hoy les llamé pidiendoles por favor que me arreglaran el pelo y de hablar con la encargada para explicar el problema. Primero me dijeron que el tinte se pone feo con el tiempo (pasaron 3 días!!!!!) y que porque no lo dije al momento. Expliqué que no quería hacer sentir mal la chica y no hubo manera de que quisieran arreglarme este desaste. Al insistir yo tanto debido al importe alto pagado finalmente me pidieron mi número para que la encargada se pusiera en contacto conmigo. Obviamente sólo fue para que dejara de insistirles porque nadie me habló en todo el día. Servicio pésimo. Yo soy clienta de ellos y este es el trato que recibí. Estoy muy muy decepcionada. La encargada ni siquiera se molestó en hacerme una llamada. Que clase de atención es esta? No quería enojarme, esperaba un poco de comprensión por su parte y poder solucionar el problema sin quejas, sin comentarios negativo y quedar bien y seguir siendo su clienta. Pero la falta de interés por su parte me decepciona mucho y por esto quiero contar mi experiencia aquí y en las otras páginas que tengan
 On Thursday I went to get the dye done. It turned out very very bad and it is not at all what I had asked for. I was sorry to say it to the hairdresser for fear she would be offended and I kept quiet so as not to make her feel bad. But I paid $ 1400 and my hair looks horrible. Today I called them asking them to please fix my hair and to speak with the manager to explain the problem. First they told me that the dye gets ugly over time (3 days have passed !!!!!) and why didn't I say it at the time. I explained that I didn't want to make the girl feel bad and there was no way they would want to fix this mess for me. When I insisted so much due to the high amount paid, they finally asked me for my number so that the manager could contact me. Obviously it was just to make me stop nagging them because no one spoke to me all day. Terrible service. I am their client and this is the treatment I received. I am very very disappointed. The manager didn't even bother to call me. What kind of attention is this? I did not want to get angry, I expected a little understanding from him and to be able to solve the problem without complaints, without negative comments and to look good and continue being his client. But the lack of interest on their part disappoints me a lot and for this reason I want to tell my experience here and in the other pages that have
