En cuanto al servicio de limpieza de albercas, al comienzo eran eficientes, comprometidos y responsables en su trabajo tanto por la parte administrativa como la técnica, según tienen una dinámica forma de agendar un día antes la cita para realizar el trabajo y el llamar al cliente de 15 a 30 minutos antes para notificarle que el técnico se dirige a su domicilio para realizar el trabajo, sin embargo a la larga dejan de seguir sus propias políticas por parte de la administración te hablan para confirmar la cita y el mero día te dicen que van a llegar antes de las 4:00 lo que nunca hacen y terminan llegando a partir de las 5:00 de la tarde cuando uno ya no está en el domicilio. Por parte de los técnicos, yo comprendo y acepto que no es responsabilidad de ellos porque ellos hacen lo que la administración les dice, los consideraba una excelente compañía de limpieza por las dinámicas que tenían pero no respetan sus propias dinámicas no se comprometen a lo que quedan por hacer tratas de hablar con ellos y te ignoran tardan en contestarte y sólo piden disculpas y que no volverá a pasar pero obviamente sigue pasando así que por eso le doy una sola estrella.
