Pas de commerces à proximité (BACALAR à 20mn) donc prévoir des provisions si vous compter séjourner sur place. Les chambres simples ou doubles sont équipées d’un coin cuisine sommaire, d’une ou deux salle d’eau , d’un ou deux climatiseurs ( nous n’avons pas pu les faire fonctionner car les télécommandes étaient dépourvues de piles ) Le terrain étant très en pente l’accès aux chambres, à la piscine, à l’espace repos/barbecue et au ponton sur le lac se fait par de nombreux escaliers ( non préconisé pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ) Les points positifs sont la gentillesse et le dévouement du personnel, la végétation, la partie basse avec l’espace repos et le ponton sur le lac, la mise à disposition de canoë ( si disponibilité) Rapport qualité / prix moyen. El principal es el camino de acceso al lugar que se encuentra en muy malas condiciones y sin alumbrado. No es muy largo, pero debido a esta condicion, el trayecto de alarga aproximadamente 15 minutos desde la carretera federal al alojamiento. En cuanto a la infraestructura, las habitaciones que se encuentran dentro de un mismo departamento carecen de division arriba de la puerta que no te dan mucha privacidad. Cabe señalar que salimos de ahí y para llegar a bacalar son aproximadamente 20 minutos. Si traes coche eso no es problema (si el camino estuviera en buenas condiciones serían solo 10). El lugar está nuevo. Procuren llevar sus compras porque no hay comercio cerca. La atención de Carlos, el encargado es excelente. Atiende tus inquietudes y necesidades de manera eficiente y tiene un trato amable y respetuoso. En pocas palabras recomiendo el lugar, solo que hay puntos que mejorar que, si los tomarán en cuenta, el lugar estaría de lujo The place is very good to rest and get out of the city routine. A	Alejandretho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, ahí te va la opinión, si haz realizado una reservacion aquí lo primero que te recomiendo es que alquiles un auto o que vayas en auto SI O SI el lugar está literalmente en medio de ela nada, una vez que llegas a la entrada que está en la carretera el auto tiene que adentrarse 20 minutos por un camino de terraceria, no arriesgues tu auto a ir más rápido ya que hay muchas piedras puntiagudas y no queremos pinchar los neumáticos....... NO JAMAS INTENTES LLEGAR CAMINANDO ya que es muy lejos y muy cansado...... ahora bien el lugar es hermoso es tranquilo, tiene alberca y tiene laguna así que vale totalmente la pena para que le dediques almenos un día entero a disfrutar en el hotel, cuando vallas llega con un arsenal de comida botanas y bebidas por que no hay ninguna tienda ni super ni nada cerca, en auto esta a 15 mínimos de el pueblo de bacalar, caminando esta como a unas dos horas así que no le juegues al aventurero por que te saldrá muy mal la experiencia, es bellísimo y tranquilo el lugar u muy pacidico así que encontrarás el lugar perfecto para la paz, bueno si no encuentras auto y decides andar en taxis los taxis te cobraran 200 pesos del hotel al pueblo y viceversa así que planelo muy bien........ te lo recomiendo para familias o para el descanso enserió no te vas a arrepentir a por cierto no tiene televisiones así que no esperes llegar a relajarte con películas, pero tranquilo que si cuentan con Internet público de muy buena calidad y si también hay buena señal telefónica. Te olvidas de tooodo vale la pena..
