Blue Experience Diving - 77780 Akumal

We had a wonderful time diving with Blue Experience last week. Sarah, Eduardo and Lea created a personalised dive experience perfect for our needs. They were very welcoming, knowledgable and friendly and made us feel at ease after a few years away from diving. We stayed at Grand Sirenis, and it could not have been easier to walk to the dive shop each morning. We did 4 local dives which were all awesome and we saw lots of different reefs and sea-life (turtles, crabs, lobsters, fish, rays etc.). The real winner was the day trip to Cozumel. We had an excellent, worry-free day thanks to how organized Sarah was. We had 2 amazing dives (one along a coral wall!) and a wonderful lunch before a relaxing ferry ride back. We highly reccomend Blue Experience and will definitely be back if we are ever in the area. Thanks again!

Eduardo and Sarah were both amazing. Both are fluent English speakers with a rich history that make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Would highly recommend this dive shop. Eduardo and Sarah were extremely helpful and went out of there way to make my return to diving as smooth as possible. Thanks also to Lea for being so kind and patient with me through the reactivate course. After so many years out of the water it was a pleasure to be able to dive with such warm and friendly people. I look forward to diving with them again in the future.

This shop is incredible! This was my first diving experience but I was with my sister and husband who have been diving for years. They were able to cater to both me, the newbie and the experienced diver. Everyone was so nice, easy to work with, accommodating and helpful. I had a great first diving experience and can't wait to go back. The shop even helped with local recommendations and helped set up a tour of the area for my whole family. I would use this shop again in a second.

I completed my open water dives with Lea. I had an absolutely awesome experience. The whole team at Blue Experience were very professional and knowledgeable and truly cared about my safety and the enjoyment of my experience. The shop is a short walk from Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya but even if you weren’t staying at that resort I would highly recommend using them for your dive or snorkel needs. I will be back to see them on future vacations.

My 14 year old son and I did a Discover Scuba Diving with Blue Experience Diving. It was our first time scuba diving. Alonso was amazingly patient and super thorough in his instruction. Felt extremely comfortable with him. We had a bit of extra time before going in the boat and Alonso used this time to take us on another short shallow dive. Super appreciative of that since it wasn't something he had to do. Eduardo the owner was also great. Ensured we were well kitted out before leaving and drove us to the dive site. Would 100% recommend them and will for sure dive with them again the next time we are back!!

Sarah and Eduardo were wonderful hosts. They helped me (a solo diver) plan a week of cenote and ocean diving. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about diving in Riviera Maya. Their communication was excellent and they went the extra mile to pick me up and drop me off at my hotel for each dive. I did dives with both of them and they were wonderful guides who made great dive plans and made me feel comfortable in the water. Other guides they provided (Chino and Lea) were equally great. I can’t wait to come back for another visit. Highly recommend you use Blue Experience while in Mexico, Sarah and Eduardo will not let you down!

Ok, it has taken us a little while to navigate Google, but here goes a review for the best dive centre in Quintana Roo. Being in the hospitality sector ourselves, we understand the importance of going the extra mile for customers and the team at Blue Experience do that... and some! We had 8 amazing dives with them last week around the reefs at Akumal, and when we said we fancied a night dive and a wreck dive, they picked us from the hotel and chauffeured us to the C-56-gun boat wreck at Puerto Morelos. Eduardo and Sarah accommodated us with a smile and total professionalism. Put simply, if you are fancy recreational dives on your vacation or to take your first steps underwater with PADI courses in Mexico, we cannot recommend Blue Experience highly enough. Look no further.
