W	Window Expressions on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE PAYING TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR!! I pre booked 3 rooms for 6 of us, we e-mailed in advance so they would know we were coming, when we arrived they only had 1 room for the 6 of us! it was midnight and had no where else to go, the owner assured us she would re-imburse us the money we had paid to expedia for the 2 rooms we did not get. we contacted expedia and they agreed, upon arriving home we contacted expedia again and the hotel said we were lying and that they gave us all 3 rooms and refused to give us a refund.

Loud - do to constant much needed maintenance - No screens, making it extremely stuffy! NO HOT water! It’s been 2 weeks! I could keep going but you get the idea?
N	Nicole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT STAY HERE. Another guest broke in and attacked me and my husband. Right after midnight on New Years. I'm pretty sure the guy was on drugs. The most disappointing part was the lack of help that we received from the security there. Luckily people next to us saw the whole thing and helped notify the police. The guy locked himself in his room when police showed up. He was was allowed to stay so we left.
M	Martinez Family on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel for families! Room was cleaned everyday and clean towels for room and beach/pool were given to us daily. One minute walk to the beach. Everything is within walking distance for shopping and eating. Very clean and relaxing! Staff was very helpful. Beautiful atmosphere! Little store right next door. Definitely will be coming back!

If you want to cook some of your own meals which we did there's a couple of pans a few pieces of silverware a few dishes and cups. Watch how much electricity you use, they will charge you extra for it.

•	• Edgar & Alina • on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is pretty good and the cleaning service of the room was good as well, however the outdoor area looked not cleaned and bad maintained. Hot water in the shower and good flashing for the toilet. Good security on the property. We found cockroaches in the room every night and the bathroom as well. The pictures on the Booking.com are misleading and paying at the property is a bad idea. They only accept you to pay by credit card if you pay in pesos, in dollars, only by cash. You end up paying much more because they make up their own currency. For us they did 23$. The sheets and the pillows cases all the time smelled like mold or sweat, even if they were washed.
s	shanna z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outdoor areas are charming. Do climb up to the various rooftop terraces for views and hammocks. The staff was kind and courteous. The cleanliness was perfect. If you can choose, don't get ground floor: the rooms are dark. The electrical lighting is cold and white, which I found depressing. We needed to "help" the toilet flushing with a bucket. Amazing how quiet it was, being so close to the outrageously noisy nightlife. Next to the beach, but at a point where the beach is eroded so you need to go elsewhere to have a beach day.
