The power went out for 12 hours one day and no type of communication as to why. My card would not work on their “system” but worked everywhere else in Tulum. Getting a taxi is unbelievable unless you meet someone! Last but not least at 7 in the morning during checkout she examines the room to a T and doesn’t see 2 wash clothes still in the basket. It’s in the shower....... says to me that’s protocol. I’ve stayed at many hotels and no it is not..... Will never stay again!

Owner chose to bump us because other reservations was longer although we booked well before. Shady way to do business.
L	LeAnn Rawls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in this hotel. I booked the entire location for my 40th birthday thru Airbnb. I needed all 10 rooms as I had a total of 23 guests. I reserved the hotel in June, my birthday was not until November.. My Airbnb host notified me on Tuesday 11/9, that my reservation for 11/11 was cancelled by the owner. Luckily the host was able to relocate us. But no explanation from the owner was given. My entire weekend plans which mostly were at the hotel had to be rearranged 2 days in advance. Some birthday! I would never patronize this location and will be sharing the news to several Tulum groups I’m in. I did receive my $4k refund from Airbnb since the host cancelled.

Y	Yaremis Gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to stay in Tulum. Rooms are so comfortable and spacious with a very fresh Mexican designs. Lots of colors everywhere. There is a restaurant call La Consentida on the down floor and they have so deciduous food and gave us 10% discount in all meals during our stay. On the roof there is a sky pool with a nice view and such a big area with camastros to lay down over the sun. Amazing place, we recommend it 100%.
