Needs to improve. To start with the music, it is a way too loud, not enjoyable. The other thing was the margarita, there was no tequila flavour at all, a way too much lemon. The food tasted ready made food, powered mashed potato, powered sauce, ordered a fillet that on the menu costs 398, and was charged on the bill for 415 or more. Good thing was that the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, happy with their service although the food wasn't too good.

These guys think blaring music so loud you cannot hear others in your party speak is a good way to attract and retain customers. Food is good, but a nice place like this does not need annoyingly loud and very poor quality karaoke until 1am every night. Please stop with the music and allow people to enjoy the peaceful ambience that is supposed to be the appeal of a residential neighborhood in Tulum.

Never again! The first time we went, we just had drinks, we enjoyed the atmosphere… the bill arrived, fair prices, mediocre service and rude waiters… regardless we left 15% tip. The waiter chased us when we left, yelling we didn’t left enough tips… Anyway, since its closed to our casita we went back yesterday, we arrived at the third quarter of the SuperBowl… the owner was very rude and said its 400 pesos each (flat price, includes 2 beers and a meal). A little weird but anyway we sat down…. Choices of meals : tacos, burger or baguette. I got the burger, my husband the tacos…. This was the worst food ever… half frozen bun, meat uncooked, nothing in the burger… Tacos were even worst… just brown meat in heavy sauce with 3 tortillas… I couldn’t believe it…. The owner and waiters are so rude… and pretty shady. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. So many other nice places around.

What an absolutely atrocious experience we had at this supposedly 'gourmet' restaurant - which is anything but. After consulting the online menu, which is an utterly bizarre mixture of tapas, salads, cold meats, cheese, Bratwurst and croquettes (!), we chose raclette for two. We then waited, and waited... and waited, forced to listen to the obnoxiously loud music, and watching the chef in the open kitchen appear to be doing precisely nothing. During this time, a heavy rain shower came through, and the manager (?) was more concerned with saving his flat-screen TV from the rain than attending to our obvious and increasing aggravation. Eventually, after 50 minutes, our food arrived and... well, look at the photo. This is supposedly a 'raclette' for two, and the equivalent of $30 worth of food, apparently. Two boiled potatoes covered in tasteless, unmelted cheese, served with the kind of salad you get in a bag from the supermarket for next to nothing. To top it off, there were four slices of the cheapest French-style bread imaginable, and even this was stale. We were absolutely incredulous that they could serve us this abomination for money without being deeply embarrassed. I cooked better meals than this back when I was a penniless student. We refused to eat, and called the manager to come over - he even agreed it was awful. To his credit, he didn't charge us for it, but then the waiter had the audacity to ask if we wanted to buy a dessert. A complete catastrophe. Stay away.

An unfortunate experience. Some of the waitstaff were so very nice but the mangers/owners or whatever they were, were hovering constantly. I think 5-6 different people came to the table one right after the other because there was no one person assigned to the table. We were interrupted more than usual which made the experience impersonal and there was no flow for us or the staff. We had apps and a couple of drinks. Read reviews before going to places around here. There are some really great spots in this hood. In fairness, I won’t mention them. Do your homework. The reviews speak for themselves.

We went to this place for breakfast. Service was good, food mediocre. They have a combo which includes main dish, coffee, orange juice, fruit plate, and sweet bread. The sweet bread never came. I saw our server asking the manager, but he didn’t care. We weren’t offer anything instead or any apology. There is an amazing bakery located on the same block that is 100% better. Make yourself a favor and go there for breakfast.

What a beautiful spot we happened to stumble upon. The outdoor decor is lovely. The staff doesn't speak English well but they are so kind and helpful. Prices are amazing! Food... you have to try the potatoes. tequila shot presentation is cute. There is even a fellow who comes and sings live music. All the American classics.
