El pasado 4 de Enero del 2022 extravié mi teléfono en las instalaciones, no estoy segura si lo tomaron de mi bolsillo o del mostrador, pues la última vez que lo ví fue en el área de cajas justo antes de pagar. Inmediatamente que me percate que no lo tenía en mi poder comense a marcarme y así estubo sonando por una hora hasta que fue apagado. Lo rastre por la aplicación de Google y me indicaba que la última ubicación fue en la tienda. Acudí a qué me dieran razón de lo cual negaron haberlo encontrado. La encargada levantó el reporte y quedó en darme respuesta en 3 días. Acudí a el 4 día y me dijo otra encargada que eso demoraría más tiempo hasta un mes para poder revisar las camaras. Es día 21 y no he recibido respuesta. Es triste pues mi teléfono nunca salió de la tienda por lo menos eso maraca la app antes de que lo apagaran.
I've been a frequent customer almost since they opened. On January 4, 2022 I lost my phone in the facilities, I'm not sure if they took it from my pocket or from the counter, because the last time I saw it was in the cashiers area just before paying. As soon as I realized that I didn't have it in my possession, I started dialing it and it went on like that for an hour until it was turned off. I tracked it through the Google app and it told me that the last location was in the store. I went to get a reason for which they denied having found it. The manager raised the report and agreed to give me an answer in 3 days. I went to the 4th day and another manager told me that it would take more time up to a month to be able to check the cameras. It's the 21st and I haven't received a response. It's sad because my phone never left the store at least that's what the app marks before they turned it off.
