★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde la entrada, no son capaces ni de quitar la cadena para que pase uno a pie, no hay lugar para estacionar un auto para esperar, "súbelo a la banqueta". Enrique Baeza Vargas no quería aceptar el pago con tarjeta, en plena pandemia cuando se recomienda no usar efectivo, y después de media hora de espera nos hizo ir a pie a la agencia a pagar (es más de medio kilómetro), no pueden tener una terminal en el Body Shop? Esa es la calidad Kia? Mal trato de Enrique Baeza, malos modos, tuteando y dando órdenes al cliente. Por último nos pidió "pon aquí la fecha pero no pongas el día porque tengo que hacer trámites con el seguro".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo mandé a reparación y van dos semanas q no me pueden entregar el vehículo por una abolladura en la salpicadera y un faro q no servía, pésimo servicio, no te llaman para darte informes, cuando llamas te dejan esperando, no encuentras al que se deja como responsable, en fin mil pretextos, a ver cómo me va cuando entreguen el vehículo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por el momento van bastante mal. Perdieron las llaves del coche (quedaron de reponerla) Y quisieron entregar el carro con detalles de pintura propios de un hojalatero banquetero. Escurridas, contaminación en la pintura, detalles de pulido, ojos de pez... La atención ha sido amable y cordial pero el trabajo deja mucho que desear. Nada recomendable.

Drains, contamination in the paint, details of polishing, fish eyes ... The attention has been friendly and cordial but the work leaves much to be desired. Nothing recommendable.
