I highly recommend Bokanova! Dr. Esteban and his team were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I originally came to have a broken tooth fixed with a crown, and they discovered that my root canals also needed work done soon. They booked me in immediately for the extra work, and I got all the treatments done by the end of my trip! They consulted me on the best dental procedures for my situation and helped me come up with a treatment plan for the future as well. I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much!

Our experience with Bokanova has been amazing! between my wife and I, in just a few days we had an implant, one endodontic procedure, one inlay and three dental crowns all done in a very timely manner, no further pain or discomfort after the anesthesia wore off, it all went well. The whole staff: Customer Service Managers Jessica and Claudia, Clinic Manager Silvana, Doctor Esteban, Doctor Barbara and Doctor Jorge; each one of them made us feel at home, we could not have expected a better experience. We really like Bokanova and will trust them with our future dental care and will not hesitate to recommend them to all our friends and colleagues.

Bokanova is awesome . I had a crown put in effortlessly for the price that was fantastic and today I had a veneer done for my front chipped tooth. These guys are amazing. You got to love this office and playa Del Carmen dentistry. The money I saved on the work vs the US paid my entire trip! I came with a severe infection, fractured molar, diseased gums, a million cavities, bad fillers, nerve tingling all over my right side, bleeding gums... my mouth was in such bad shape, I was getting sick every month (most likely from the infection and everything that was going on). I sat down in the chair in tears. I saw two dentists here in Playa del Carmen and one in Cancun and I was on 5 rounds of antibiotics and they did 6 (yes, 6) treatments on a fractured molar where it got even more fractured. I was in excruciating pain. I researched this clinic and all the doctors here. Even though they have great reviews, I hope anyone that can read this will appreciate the traumas I have been through and how sick I was feeling. Dr Esteban calmly explained what was going on and decided to go on this journey of healing, I knew I lost my molar and it needed to be extracted. I had a panic attack just before, he got a blanket for me and he was so gentle and calm and put me at ease. Molar was extracted, which followed 2 weeks of pain, infection and more antibiotics, I really thought I would never feel great ever again. But I did. After two weeks of no eating, I needed more work done... in a matter of a month, I had a tooth extraction, bone grafting, cleaning, one endodontic procedure, fillers... I wanted to wait a little before I wrote this review because today, I am smiling, I have zero pain, my gums are healthy again, I can smile and I am just so blessed and grateful for you guys! I look forward to continuing my journey (I want to get braces, fix more cavities, get an implant) and I finally feel I am in great hands. I can’t recommend you enough, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hands-down best dental facility .. and I have been a lot dentist in canada and Israel ! I have a hyper sensitive teeth never felt any pain and the work was immaculate now I’m bringing my whole family from Canada to do the dental work here. And the staff are amazing????

had a lovely experience at Bokanova. came in for a cleaning and to replace a chipped amalgam filling with composite. after filling out a little bit of paperwork, i was seen right away. my dentist was very friendly and considerate. only cost MX$2000, which i consider incredibly cheap compared to my home city. i will certainly return for any future dental work needs.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had in Mexico. I’ve been to their office 3 times now for some major dental work and Dr Esteban is world class! English speaking, friendly staff, good price and makes their patients feel comfortable through the entire process - highly recommend - thanks!
