Compré e instalé un calentador solar, además de un tinaco y para lo cual tuve que hacer modificaciones en mi casa para adaptarlos.
Al mes el tambo se desoldo y van 6 meses que llevo esperando a que me hagan valida la garantía que me prometieron y recalcaron varias veces al hacer el trato.
Solo me dejan en visto los mensajes o no contestan.
Según me programaron la cita para venir a repararlo y me dejaron plantados.
Ellos son responsables de los productos que venden y ofrecen, así mismo darle seguimiento si se presenta una avería, ya que la compañía me dice que ellos tienen que hacer el reporte pues yo no lo puedo hacer directamente.
Sumamente decepcionado.
