E	Emilio H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan es bastante regular, se sienten ingredientes de calidad aceptable y se ve que saben cómo usarlos, pero aún les falta técnica, experiencia o algo, porque por ejemplo, no todos los croissant quedan igual, me tocó uno que evidentemente estaba mal hecho y otro bien elaborado. El frangipane del croissant de almendras no quedó tan bueno, le faltó algo de sabor. Al final el exceso de mantequilla y la capa caramelizada empalagan terriblemente. Los precios son ligeramente caros (la panadería francesa lo es), pero aquí no se justifica el precio, no volvería a pagar por un pan así. Pierre sigue siendo mucho mejor opción, incluso Touché en Casa Nouvelle o con el Chef Bruno Joly. Ojalá mejoren su panadería (porque se ve que le echan ganas), y tampoco descuiden la atención al cliente, que sí deja un poco que desear. The bread is quite regular, they feel ingredients of acceptable quality and it seems that they know how to use them, but they still lack technique, experience or something, because for example, not all croissants are the same, I had one that was obviously poorly made and another well crafted. The frangipane in the almond croissant was not so good, it lacked some flavor. In the end, the excess butter and the caramelized layer are terribly cloying. The prices are slightly expensive (the French bakery is), but the price is not justified here, I would not pay for such a bread again. Pierre is still a much better option, even Touché at Casa Nouvelle or with Chef Bruno Joly. Hopefully they improve their bakery (because you can see that they make you want to), and do not neglect customer service, which does leave a little to be desired.

El personal es amable y muestran responsabilidad al utilizar cubrebocas todo el tiempo. El precio es razonable y el sabor de sus productos es 100% disfrutable!
