It takes them forever to make food. After waiting 30 minutes for a latte and peanut butter toast they told me to come back in 30 minutes to get it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my stay in Sayulita I have been to this place several times, both to dine in and to take out. The good: the food tastes great, with fresh ingredients. The location is very nice with cool ambience.
The bad: the service (when it gets crowded). The place is understaffed with only one waiter working half a dozen tables. Also, there is only one person manning the coffee machine and doing a bunch of other things at the same time. It took forever for two lattes to go.
I am not going back until they step up their game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best breakfast in Sayulita, I keep going back! I can’t believe they don’t charge more for the quality of their food! Seriously delicious with incredibly fresh ingredients. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and their chai latte might be the best I’ve ever had! Get the avocado toast, get the caprese toast, get everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is horrible. I had to wait about 1 hour for being served food. Dessert arrived first, main course second and finally the beverages as we were already done with eating. They also got our coffee wrong. Poor leadership and lack of organization, they prioritize the to-go orders to sell more, but don’t care about the people sitting in the Cafe or staying at the hotel.
Just miserable customer management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is really good and the staff is very nice, however, like many other reviews mentioned they are really understaffed. It’s best to go on a day you are not in a hurry or go very early. You can easily wait over 30min for a straight order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute ambience, decent food, but unfortunately the service operations is a mess. We (3 people) ordered breakfast to go at 10:30am and after 30 minutes of waiting they told us the wait would be another 30. Last week they messed up two of our orders.
It looks nice and tastes good but fair warning: by the time you get your breakfast it will be time for lunch.
