Y ni se diga de una hebra del intestino del camarón (si, esa línea negra de encimita). No se, primera y última vez que voy, ni me acabe el platillo. Igual fue solo mala suerte mía. Yakimeshi should be fried rice, not cooked and sticky. And without a doubt you have to remove the shrimp shells from the dish, I got 2! And not to mention a strand of shrimp intestine (yes, that little black line on top). I don't know, first and last time I go, I didn't even finish the dish. It was just my bad luck anyway.
