Martin who takes care of the house is very kind and helped us to get taxis and a tour. The house is comfortable, with everything you may need.

From photos it looks very nice, do not be fooled, the place very dirty, there were spiders, cockroaches and dog poop on the terrace. quite removed from the center.
J	Jonas Linke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boox Casa ist ein wunderschönes, mit liebe eingerichtetes Haus. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und der ersten Etage sind liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus verfügt über eine wundervolle Rooftop-Terrasse mit mehreren Hängematten, im Garten ist ein sehr großer, sauberer Pool. Das Highlight ist jedoch die Bewirtung durch Martin und seiner Frau. Wir haben unser Zimmer im glauben gebucht, nur das Zimmer zu haben und einen Zugang zur Küche nutzen zu können. Anders als erwartet, wurden wir jedoch von der ersten Minute an verwöhnt. Wir haben Frühstück gemacht bekommen, Kaffee (sehr gut) zu jeder Zeit und allgemein fühlte man sich wie zu Hause! Vielen Dank. Ich empfehle Boox Casa uneingeschränkt weiter! Boox Casa is a beautiful house decorated with love. The rooms on the ground floor and the first floor are lovingly furnished and well maintained. The house has a wonderful rooftop terrace with several hammocks, in the garden is a very large, clean pool. The highlight, however, is the hospitality by Martin and his wife. We booked our room in the belief that we only have the room and access to the kitchen. Unlike expected, however, we were spoiled from the first minute. We got breakfast, coffee (very good) at all times and generally felt like home! Many Thanks. I highly recommend Boox Casa!

Ils prêtent les vélos pour se balader au top Petit plus pour une super terrasse ! Attention aux mouskitos car c’est très humide! Sinon séjour à holbox au top ? je recommande cette casa très agréable ! Martin and Martina are very charming always ready to help you! We had two bedrooms with separate bathrooms! Very cozy! They lend the bikes to ride on top Little more for a great terrace! Watch out for the mouskitos because it is very humid! Otherwise stay at holbox at the top ? I recommend this very pleasant casa!

Wer eine günstige saubere und mit Liebe geführte Unterkunft sucht ist hier richtig. The hotel is very cute with a great price-performance ratio. Close to the center and very nice helpful hosts. If you are looking for cheap, clean and lovingly run accommodation, this is the right place for you.
R	Ron Dorion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off - Thank you Martin and Martha for being such great hosts. Loved this place. I had the "green" room ... best sleep I've had in Mexico yet. Decided to stay additional night. But got transfered to the "purple" room... did not sleep well there. Different style mattress ?? ? Coffee and breakfast served in the morning ?. Free use of bicycles ?. Pool was awesome, because the water is too shallow at the beach to actually swim. I would definitely stay here again... Just not in the purple room.
P	Pontus Falk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely decorated rooms and ok distance to both beach and city centre. Beware of the mosquitoes though! A little surprised the hotel don’t provide any nets over the beds. We bought bug spray to survive the night. Breakfast is very basic - toast and scrambled eggs.
S	Sarah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the house is not too big; ground floor 3 rooms which share 2 bathrooms which is perfectly fine. kitchen nice and big; terrace with hammocks super chil; swimming pool to cool off. Martin and Martha super friendly and beyond helpful! Just 5 min to center & beach by foot.
