E	Emmanuel Jauregui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacer mi servicio en septiembre y según me iban a hacer revisión general de mi vehículo, cosa que no hicieron porque no lo alinearon ni me comentaron nada, Les encargué a que me revisaran los frenos y me dijeron que eso tenía un costo extra (según en su publicidad dicen que servicio viene incluido en la afinación mayor y si lo incluye por lo menos el chequeo) NO LAVARON mi coche (cuando me llamaron me dijeron que estaba listo) y le pregunté al gerente porque no lo hicieron (en tono amable) y me dijo que eso era gratis más no obligatorio..(es decir es gratis todo mundo puede ir a que le laven el carro gratis!!???) además no estoy seguro si le cambiaron el filtro de aceite, cabe decir que después que fui al servicio de afinación mayor he tenido menor rendimiento de combustible (sí, gasto más en gasolina) a fin de cuentas el precio es lo mismo que en la agencia. Mi experiencia es que NO REGRESO A HACER EL SERVICIO!!!! Les doy una estrella de calificación . ❌ I went to do my service in September and as they were going to do a general overhaul of my vehicle, which they did not do because they did not align it or tell me anything, I asked them to check the brakes and they told me that this had an extra cost ( According to their advertising they say that service is included in the major tuning and if it includes it at least the checkup) THEY DID NOT WASH my car (when they called me they told me it was ready) and I asked the manager why they did not do it (in a friendly tone ) and he told me that it was free but not mandatory ... (that is, it is free, everyone can go to have their car washed for free !! ???) also I'm not sure if they changed the oil filter, I must say that After I went to the tuning service, I had lower fuel efficiency (yes, I spend more on gasoline), after all, the price is the same as at the agency. My experience is that I DO NOT RETURN TO DO THE SERVICE !!!! I give them a star rating. ❌
P	Paco Bricio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No fue una buena experiencia, llevamos una camioneta a mantenimiento, previa cita y cuando nos la entregaron no le cambiaron el filtro de aire porque “no tenían” y lo peor fue que cambiaron el precio entre la cita y el mantenimiento, obviamente más caro, eso deja un mal sabor de boca, lo que hicieron, mecánicamente no hay queja, pero francamente no vamos a regresar It was not a good experience, we took a truck to maintenance, by appointment and when they delivered it to us they did not change the air filter because "they did not have it" and the worst thing was that they changed the price between the appointment and the maintenance, obviously more expensive, that leaves a bad taste in my mouth, what they did, mechanically there is no complaint, but frankly we are not going back

Su servicio es más o menos rápido pero te solucionan bien los problemas de tu auto, sobre todo en marcas europeas. Good service and good attention although it is not a cheap workshop. Edit: Lamentablemente las últimas dos veces que fui el coche quedó igual, sigue teniendo los mismos problemas con la suspensión, me siguen diciendo que no es de riesgo y que es porque pasó sobre mucho bache y que por eso me falla la suspensión. La verdad he sido más precavido en manejar y en todos estos años no tuve más problemas. Se supone que ya hasta le cambiaron la suspensión y sigue sin quedar. Recommended, very good attention and explanations. Edit: Unfortunately the last two times I went the car was the same, it still has the same problems with the suspension, they keep telling me that it's not risky and that it's because it went over a lot of potholes and that's why the suspension fails. I enjoy talking to honest mechanics who love cars and especially 4 wheel drives. They have fair prices and want to educate their customers on the best practices for taking care of a vehicle over the long run. My truck has almost 300,000 kilometers on it and I plan on putting another 300,000 km on the odometer before I trade it in. You need a god mechanic for that. These guys are some of the best in town.
