★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busque un taller mecánico por Google para guiarme con los comentarios, y así es como llegué a este taller el cual no fue tan grato el servicio, ya que desde que llame para un servicio general, solo me dieron precio pero nunca me dijeron que iba realizarse, hasta que asisti ahí y la chica de recepción no se si sea nueva pero le falta capacitación, y una vez que me lo entregaron solo me cobraron no me dieron ni una nota de lo que le hicieron a mi automóvil ya de factura ni hablamos, te reciben te cobran y te dan las llaves para que te vayas, no te explican que fue lo que le hicieron que encontraron, tu tienes que revisar si realmente cambiaron aceite filtros etc, y eso es lo que logra uno ver y no te queda de otra más que confiar que le hicieron las cosas por qué por algo lo lleva uno ahí por qué son los expertos y uno no sabe, pero me quedé con un mal sabor de boca con el servicio, pésima atención al servicio, uno entiende que va a pagar más que en mecánico cualquiera por qué estás pagando el servicio... Y aquí después de ver la poca capacitación que tiene la chica de recepción y la dejan sola ya que nadie mas se te acerca... Pagas demasiado por el pésimo servicio al cliente que tienen ... Y eso es el servicio al cliente queda confiar que lo mecánico lo hayan hecho bien ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi coche llegó con el testigo del Check Engine encendido, se comprometieron a arreglarlo y apagarlo con los servicios que me propusieron y que yo pagué al 100% y a los pocos kilómetros se volvió a encender, esto sucedió en 3 ocasiones... después de esto ya no se hicieron responsables y quieren cobrar mas por otras reparaciones y supuestas fallas, MUY MALA ATENCIÓN.
