★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el domingo 6 de junio a ver el concepto con mi esposo e hijos. Muy bonitas las casas y re lugar, solo que una lastima que en la alberca parecia una cantina. Jovenes tomando en la alberca y la musica a muy alto volumen con musica de banda. En la terraza estaban fumando. Que pena que no tengan control en eso. La verdad no vamos a comprar alli porque no hay control. Era domingo como a las 5pm , no me imagino como se pone los sábados. Yo asi no me llevaria a mis hijos a la alberca que se supone tiene que ser de ambiente familiar y no estar escuchando la musica de los otros, aunado a sus vocabularios de jovenes y sritas tomadas. En verdad habia latas de cerveza y vino tinto alredeor de la alberca y colillas de cigarro. Que pena de personas que habitan en tan bonito lugar. Atencion administradores!!!!
I went on Sunday June 6 to see the concept with my husband and children. The houses are very beautiful and the place is, only a pity that in the pool it looked like a canteen. Young people drinking in the pool and music at very high volume with band music. They were smoking on the terrace. Too bad they have no control over that. The truth is we are not going to buy there because there is no control. It was Sunday around 5pm, I can't imagine how it gets on Saturdays. I would not take my children to the pool that way, which is supposed to be a family environment and not be listening to the music of others, coupled with their vocabularies of young people and young ladies. There were actually cans of beer and red wine around the pool and cigarette butts. What a shame for people who live in such a beautiful place. Attention administrators !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te muestran las casas en perfectas condiciones, pero cuando te la entregan los terminados son de la pesima calidad. tenemos problemas serios de humedad en casi toda la casa, acuden a "arreglarlas y quedan igual o Peor. Tardan muchisimo tiempo en atender.
They show you the houses in perfect condition, but when they deliver it to you, the finished ones are of the worst quality. We have serious humidity problems in almost the entire house, they come to "fix them and they are the same or worse. They take a long time to attend to."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui de proveedor pero, la entrada al fraccionamiento esta genial muy atractiva con el jardín lleno de árboles y su sombra le dan un aspecto de paz y relajación la verdad me gusto mucho la distribución y diseño de sus casas
I was a supplier but, the entrance to the subdivision is great, very attractive with the garden full of trees and its shade give it an aspect of peace and relaxation. I really liked the layout and design of their houses.
