I made a promise to buy a house in Botánico Residencial with the construction company DOMUS since 2020, for delivery in August 2021. I visited them in August and they told me that due to delays we were entering the extension times, which are three months and it would run to November, in December I called and they were very formal that in January 2022 I could start my procedures and the bank appraiser could go, yesterday February 15, 2022 they told me that until April I could start requesting that the appraiser go. I have always communicated with them to get information through my broker, visiting the offices, calling, after the dates they gave me expired. They have never had the attention to inform me absolutely nothing about the breaches of dates. They are punctual to send you emails with information and they do not comply.
