Con lo básico.
Pero, que mas necesitas si eres constante y sabes cómo entrenar.
Muy recomendable.
Nunca es demasiado, ni muy poco cuando se trata de estar en forma.
Paguen 1 mes, o una semana y no se arrepentirán.
