Este es un problema común cuando las personas en las ferreterías no quieren trabajar. Today the young lady working the counter told my friend (who speaks Spanish) and I that they didn't have an item that we know they have. This is a common problem when people in hardware stores don't want to work.
S	Sandra Aguilar Herrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sábado 19 de diciembre 2020 fui atendida por el gerente de la sucursal, quien fue una persona sumamente antipático, grosero, con muy poco sentido del servicio al cliente ya que según él podría dar solución a un problema que generaron ellos mismos por no tener el material que me habían vendido. Mi inconformidad va más allá de la devolución del dinero que ya había pagado, lo que no estoy de acuerdo es la forma en la que el tipo nos trató, nunca fue capaz de otorgar una disculpa por el error que ellos cometieron, todo el tiempo demostró su poco interés por resolver algo que dependía de él como Gerente de la tienda, sin embargo todo el tiempo fue pésima su actitud. Lamento mucho que en esa tienda tan grande y con tantas cosas a favor tengan como "responsable" a alguien con tan poco interés hacia los clientes y con esa actitud tan soberbia. Ojalá y alguien tome en cuenta esta queja y por lo menos lo capaciten para que de un buen servicio al cliente. On Saturday, December 19, 2020, I was attended by the branch manager, who was an extremely unfriendly, rude person, with very little sense of customer service since, according to him, he could solve a problem that they generated by not having the material that had been sold to me. My disagreement goes beyond the return of the money I had already paid, what I do not agree is the way the guy treated us, he was never able to grant an apology for the mistake they made, all the time he demonstrated his little interest in solving something that depended on him as Store Manager, however his attitude was lousy all the time. I am very sorry that in that big store and with so many things going for it, they have as "responsible" someone with so little interest towards customers and with such a superb attitude. Hopefully someone will take this complaint into account and at least train them to provide good customer service.

They have the most economical prices on tile for floors and baths and typically have the best variety / selection as well.

S	Shaun Krause on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful. Have most Electrical and plumbing supplies needed for small DIY or projects builds. Limited on the English so bring a translator or Google translate to assist if you don't know Spanish. Prices are also reasonable.
