The owner Benjamin Balsam delivered and picked up moped from El Presidente hotel and even filled my gas to full for me(I paid gas). 2 helmets and insurance included in a very reasonable daily rate. A bargain for the taxi and time savings.
Service counts when on vacation for limited time.
Thankyou Benjamin at Jaguar Car Rental. (Maybe add moped)and car rental to your agency name. ?

The scooter we rented was delivered to our hotel personaly by Benjamin and he handled all the paper work with out any surprises. The scooter was a late model in excellent condition gas was topped off and the rental included 2 helmets. Can't beat the price and service. Yes he did pick up the scooter at the hotel at no extra charge. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently returned from a trip to Cozumel and while there, rented a scooter from Benjamin at Jaguar rentals. I simply can't say enough good things. The scooter was in top condition and the price was VERY reasonable. Not only that, Benjamin delivered to my resort and picked up when I was done. I stayed at the Iberostar which is a quite a distance from town so the delivery/pick up was very much appreciated. Benjamin was friendly, very responsive and on time or even a little early for our meeting times. He also made sure I understood how to operate the scooter and the rules of the road on Cozumel. I will rent from him again without hesitation. Thank you Benjamin!!
