Y engañan a las personas para vender las tarjetas y otros servicios. Me llegaron a decir , cuando pregunté que tiempo se tardarían en atenderme. Y me respondió "el tiempo necesario para atenderte, si quieres irte y luego regresar o venir otro día".
Con un gran grado de falta de respeto.

Casi una hora haciendo fila para hacer un simple depósito; empleados conversando muy ameno mientras operan; las filas no se respetan; y, para colmo, aún cuando la fila era inmensa, no avanzaba y dos de los tres cajeros se trabaron con clientes, no se inmutaron en aperturar alguna de las cajas cerradas. ¡Horrible! Perdí mucho tiempo. Cero recomendable ir a esa sucursal si es importante que te atiendan pronto.
Disgusting! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, me obligaron a ir a hacer un trámite de actualización de datos con la amenaza de cancelar mis cuentas, para que al final me sigan diciendo por teléfono que no están actualizados mis datos.
Me bloquearon mi tarjeta sin razón y para reponer el plástico me dicen que vaya a una sucursal, por el trabajo solicite una que abriera los sábados y me mandaron mi tarjeta a una que no abre el sábado ? la próxima vez que vaya va a ser para cancelar todo y eso que soy "priority".
Mis respetos para la gerente de sucursal galerías las torres León, una excelente actitud, atención y servicio, lástima que su empresa no la respalda.

Pero esta sucursal se satura muchísimo y más en las tardes, las colas son interminables!!!
Y pasas horas para tener un turno!
Además el exceso de gente , se hace toda bola y obviamente no se toma la sana distancia, considérenlo para ir, si pueden recurran a otras sucursales.
