This class really helped me work though some emotional feelings that were keeping me stuck.The class helped me release what I had built up and I felt lighter and happier afterwards.I feel like I am back on track! Sabine is a great teacher she is very welcoming and has great energy. I highly recommend her classes!

Sabine clearly has a gift for healing people and is sharing it with a great passion.

Her approach is sooo beautiful , loving and so much softer and gentle then any breath work techniques I have experienced. I also felt that I reached my “ deeper consciousness “ very early and during the phase of releasing traumas I noticed how her hands are strongly connected with healing power the touch of her hands gave me such a loving and caring support during the session that that alone made me cry , she made me feel deeply cared for. While attending a retreat, Sabine provided life changing healing and empowerment through sound baths and breath work.
