★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay.. I can even say I like it more than the Kristal hotel. It much more peaceful and relaxing than the hotel zone. There are busses that arrive every 5 mins or sooner here to pick you up. I would recommend to go the fish fritanga, it has a big menu and it's a local hotspot. Overall this place is a gem, go look on airbnb for deals at this location. Have fun yall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo I rented for a 10 day dental stay was dirty and needed some serious and updating ! The property is old but many people are updating their condos. Best part of the entire stay was the coffee shop located on the premisis. Staff at the gate were rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First let me explain that this place is no longer a hotel but a lot of Independently owned Condos. So Google is correct because the hotel is closed. I am going to send a report to google about this. The pool and some amenities are still present like an outside shower. The pool and access to the beach is the biggest attractions. So no thrills to be had here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place where I have stayed in Cancun. Its location pool and beach make Las Brisas a great option for a family getaway. The only downside is that rooms facing Kukulcan boulevard undergo a lot of noise from the street

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location away from the tourist areas on the beach. Pool's great but with no tables or chairs, the common areas go unused. Small stores are perfect for beer and snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in a lovely condo for one night of our holiday vacation. Very clean and quiet. Nice towels, free parking, beach, pool, and a well stocked kitchen. We would have stayed longer if it wasn't already booked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo from the Brisas 10 was really nice. I had a really nice experience staying there in Cancun. It is located in the southern part of the hotel zone from Cancun, very close to at least two very good restaurants: Navios, for example. The owner of the condos is a very nice person and very helpful. There is a pool at 1 minute distance from the condo and the beach is 2 minutes away from it. The condo was very clean and with a modern design.
