BROKA es un bistrot escondido en el corazón de la Roma que enaltece la experiencia de restauración que dio origen al concepto de “restaurante”. Es un oasis en la ciudad que nos permite hacer una pausa para reconfortarnos con una propuesta gastronómica única que resalta la expresión de los ingredientes ofreciendo un menú casero de tres tiempos que cambia día a día, así como especialidades y un menú gourmet a la carta.
La palabra “Broka” significa “hermano” en el argot norteño y hace hincapié en los lazos estrechos que el lugar busca construir con sus comensales a través de un ambiente cálido y festivo; Broka se distingue por la creatividad de sus platillos y su terraza escondida que prometen una experiencia inolvidable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is beautiful but food was terrible. I ordered the tacos, which were cold, then the risotto which was also cold, undercooked and tasteless. The servers are nice, tho.

The food was outright disgusting: the guacamole tasted like watery mashed green peas with zero flavor (we returned it and were still charged), the artichoke salad had three tiny slices of artichoke and was tasteless, the only halfway edible thong was the hummus.... The rack de cerdo was pure fat, badly prepared and simply gross, the cochinita pibil was inedible and the steaks were just ok. The onky thing that had any flavor was the green side salad.
Staff was constantly trying to take away our half filled water bottles (no, not to refill our glasses) to get us to leave. We sure didn't feel welcome.
Absolutely horrific place and not woth spending a cent at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great variety of delicious tacos. My favourite dish is the rabbit. Good selection of mezcal and very tasty margaritas. The service and decor are both pleasant, although the seating can be a bit tight, especially for bigger groups.
