Very low quality of the product, from the straw to the tapioca. After 6pm they serve you so fast that they are not interested in selling you something well prepared. The prices are above a prepared drink, the number was adapted to the area.

Great variety and the tapioca is well cooked and served. You can choose the level of sweetness.

I came here frequently but the drinks started to taste bad with no flavor , but then what lost me as a customer all completely is that they refused to give me a free purchase after not giving me a receipt as they state in their sign, stating that they had a problem with their printer even though they didn't notify me as I paid. They would only do a 20% discount and would take it off the paychecks of their employees so I refused the 20%. Not coming here again. It came frequently but the drinks began to taste tasteless but what lost me as a customer was that they did not want to reimburse me for not receiving my receipt even though their label says that if you do not receive a receipt the purchase is free, they told me that their machine does not work and I told him that they did not notify me of that when paying and the only thing they could do was give me a 20% discount, which they would get from the employees, so they would not accept the 20% discount. I will not return to this establishment.

I have been 3-4 times. The first very good, good flavor, fast, smooth tapioca. The last time hard tapioca, without cooking, I couldn't take it! The place could also be a little cleaner and more organized, there are too many people inside in line.

I recommend the horchata bubble tea, the special ones are not much different from the regular ones, the waffles are more or less. The place is very clean and you can have a nice time. Somewhat expensive for the product.
