★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El YHI spa es el spa del hotel paradisus, tanto playa del carme como el de Cancún, tienen el mismo servicio.
Puedo decir que es un excelente servicio. Al llegar una de las asistentes te da un recorrido por los casilleros, te entrega tu bata y pantuflas, te muestra el baño de vapor y el sauna, así como la alberca privada y las tinas de hidromasaje con agua fría y caliente.
Ofrecen tanto masajes como tratamientos corporales y para el rostro. Para el masaje puedes elegir uno de los salones privados o bien puedes elegir el masaje en el área de la alberca rodeado de plantas.
Te ofrecen te y frutos secos, ahh y agua con pepino y clorofila.
Si vas al spa no es necesario que lleves artículos de aseo pues el gel de ducha, champú y acondicionador son de lo mejor tienen hasta desodorante y cepillo dental.
Si vas al hotel la esmeralda o la perla no dejes de consentirte.
Para mejorar tu experiencia puedes comprar algunos de los aceite a base de vino que tienen o los que son como una vela que se calienta y con eso te dan el masaje. Siimplemente deliciosos.
The YHI spa is the paradisus hotel spa, both Playa del Carme and Cancun have the same service.
I can say that it is an excellent service. Upon arrival, one of the attendants gives you a tour of the lockers, hands you your robe and slippers, shows you the steam room and sauna, as well as the private pool and hot and cold whirlpool tubs.
They offer both massages and body and face treatments. For the massage you can choose one of the private rooms or you can choose the massage in the pool area surrounded by plants.
They offer you tea and nuts, oh and water with cucumber and chlorophyll.
If you go to the spa it is not necessary to bring toiletries because the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are the best, they even have deodorant and a toothbrush.
If you go to the hotel the emerald or the pearl do not stop pampering yourself.
To improve your experience you can buy some of the wine-based oils that they have or those that are like a candle that heats up and with that they give you the massage. Simply delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alberto was amazing, maybe moreso because he is blind! The way he operates is no different than anybody else, probably better without sight. The massage was incredibly relaxing and perfect pressure. 10/10 visiting again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend this spa. We had massages on one day and seaweed wrap (her) / salt scrub (him) on another day. If you use the spa services, go ½ to 1 hour early to take advantage of the steam room / sauna / pool and Jacuzzi. They are included in the cost of the spa services.
