Y	Yulia Uspenskaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice facility. Aroma showers, ice wash, pool with jet showers. Relatively hot sauna, cold plunge, atmosphere. Clean, quiet. But two things surprised unpleasantly. Only one towel (and not the white one - beach towel) offered. And they did not allow to steam with water in smaller sauna. :-(

My only complaint, and it has nothing to do with the experience once inside the spa, was the booking and then the arrival. We booked an 80 minute massage days prior. When we checked in at the counter they said they only had a 50 one available. Some friends that booked the same day for the same time had no problem getting what they booked (80 minutes). I haven't had very many experiences here were they go out of their way to meet expectations of the customer. I've been told no more time than I should have. I'm not a guy that expects much either.

My experience was incredibly painful. I have done many waxes in the states and the wax they use isn't the best. It left residue on my skin and the person's hands. It was disappointing. However, the lady who did my wax was very nice and the lobby is very nice. Other services must be better...

I did the hydrotherapy for an hour which was a mixture of aromatic showers spas hot tubs and cold baths. I followed up with the swedish massage, Brenda was my masseur and was fantastic. Once I was done with that I got my hair braided ?. Probably the best experience I had at this whole resort to be quite honest they don't tell you when you check in but luckily the spa people are honest and let you know that if you book your treatments within 48 hours of check-in you get 40% off!!! Super deal super cheap just don't forget all you have to do is book you don't have to do treatments within the first 48 hours. I would definitely recommend the spa not so much the resort.

We then had an 80 minute massage each and were offered for this to be in the same room. We both had excellent massages by Candy (hot stone) and Lauren (deep tissue), Thank you!

Other facilities available were the sauna, steam room, hot and cold Turkish baths and pools with water jets all of which enhanced my time spent here.
