★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos hospedados en este fraccionamiento y me gusto la ubicación y la seguridad de la zona, yo como habitante de la cdmx aprecio la seguridad y me sorprendió que para ellos es muy común los vecinos son amables y dispuestos a ayudar no me había sentido tan segura y confortable en un lugar y eso se agradece infinito.
We stayed in this subdivision and I liked the location and the security of the area, as a resident of the CDMX I appreciate the security and I was surprised that for them it is very common that the neighbors are friendly and willing to help, I had not felt so safe and comfortable in a place and that is infinite appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar excelente, son de mis favoritos, hacen frappes de diferentes sabores (recomiendo el berry extreme o el de taro) con tapioca y jelly's de fresa, mango, passion fruit, etc. Son atentos, tambien tienen wafles tipo burbuja y te los preparan de diferentes maneras, cierran a las 8:30,aceptan tarjeta ❤️.
An excellent place, they are one of my favorites, they make frappes of different flavors (I recommend the extreme berry or the taro one) with tapioca and strawberry, mango, passion fruit jelly's, etc. They are attentive, they also have bubble waffles and they prepare them in different ways, they close at 8:30, they accept a card ❤️.
