They do not have vehicle availability, even if you make the reservation it is worth them, terrible service, they do not offer help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly a terrible experience! The address is wrong to begin with it says it’s inside the Oxxo but it’s really across the street near the Pemex gas station. Apparently my reservation wasn’t in the system, they had to look for it and then they tell me I have to pay twice the price. Since I really needed the car I accepted but then they tell i will have to wait another half hour because the cars are at the airport. One star is too much for this terrible service.
