Friendly staff, exact billing, no problemo!

Scam artists. They tried to charge an extra $45 USD for us returning the car with one less fuel bar than we picked it up at - so basically, half a gallon of gas cost us $45

This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had in our entire life! We came here for our daughters graduation party and had a van rented through Costco and never did find the rental office in Cozumel. We drove around in a taxi for an hour and paid a fortune to the taxi driver and in the end had to go to another provider and rent a car and pay four times what we should have through our Costco reservation. The time and energy and chaos that this caused on our trip almost ruined the whole day. This needs to be deleted off the Costco website and off of Google. They do not exist in Cozumel. Oh and if they do they are hiding at the bottom of the ocean or something. I’m updating this to add that the Alamo in Cozumel has been stealing from us for months and we just contacted our credit card company to report the fraud. This is the second time this has happened to us in Mexico!!! Car rental companies have stolen our credit card info and commit fraud and in this case about $2000 worth!!! If you can at all avoid renting cars in this Area and also Cancun I would highly recommend it.
