Buffalo Wild Wings - 77500 Cancún

Worst BWW i ever been waited almost 2 hours for my food at the end of the day waitress came saying he forgot put it in the system and they were about to close.......???

Service is great here but they have a current problem with the soda dispensers the past 2weeks they have almost had no sparkles in them.. it needs to be repaired but everything else is super duper..

Typical US type sports bar. The food is as you would expect. Not very different from like places. The service is good and the prices are reasonable.

It took FOREVER for our food to come, and when it finally did, the wings were cold and old, do hard that it was hard to eat them. Service was decent, but man, the food was terrible!

My husband and I went to this location to try and reserve a spot for the super bowl. The entire place was empty!! Several people approached us and told us to wait for the manager. The manager was waiting on two females that clearly spoke Spanish and didn’t give us one second of her attention. She sent over other associates to try and help and when we finally chose the table for the super bowl, we continued to wait. We left after my husband became very frustrated with the situation. We never felt more like gringos than at this location. Terrible!

They prepared everything fresh, so it takes a bit more than usual but recomended

Great tasting wings. Both boneless and original. Took a little too long to get the food. Also would have thought that a large order of wings were more than 10.

We went here for a quick meal after shopping through the Isla outdoor mall. There's I side seating and outside seating. We were seated right away at 8 pm on a Saturday night. The waiter soon after took our drink order and gave us a tablet to see the menu. The menu didn't come up real well on the tablet...it was a PDF format menu. This made it difficult to read and decide. When it did come up it was something like 20 pages long???? We placed our order and waited for at least 15 minutes for our drinks. We all ordered a coke. I could never really tell who was our actual waiter/waitress. About 15 minutes later we got our fries. They were a nacho cheese fries which I think is different than what's offered in u.s. locations. Our food came about ten minutes later. One kids meal was boned wings instead of the boneless we ordered. The teriyaki boneless wings we ordered tasted funny and were overly salty. I ordered small boneless wings and there were several boned wings mixed into the boneless wings. Mine tasted ok, but were a bit hard, maybe not fresh. I had the best of the four orders we placed and it still left something to be desired. My daughter complained that the sinks in the bathroom were full of water and pointed out that there were several repairs to the ceiling. The actual restaurant was (mostly) clean and was similar to what you find in the u.s. The air system was dripping water and there were signs of mold around the ceiling vents. The waiter did try hard to see if we were happy, but just didn't have a good sense of what was going on. I was happy to see the staff was trying, but I condemn BWW for not having good quality control with this location. Whoever they have managing the international or at least overseeing this location should be replaced. The staff could use alot of training to bring them up to the typical BWW standards. It would really help this location be successful and draw in more crowds. Having a great experience is the most important factor in retail success. If nothing changes, I don't suspect this location will last very long.
