El personal está bien capacitado y es profesional atento a cumplir con las necesidades de los clientes. Cuentan con un servicio de vigilancia y equipo de seguridad (cámaras, vallas) que mantienen seguros los productos. Aplican aleatoriamente alcoholímetro al personal que ingresa a las instalaciones para garantizar la seguridad en las operaciones que se realizan.
Railway terminals have their own locomotive which makes it easier to move the wagons, tank cars or trains in general. They have scales for trucks and trains. The staff is well trained and professional, attentive to meet the needs of clients. They have a surveillance service and security equipment (cameras, fences) that keep products safe. A breathalyzer is randomly applied to personnel entering the facilities to ensure safety in the operations carried out.
