A Abril 2022 aun esta en desarrollo, con la idea de sumar plusvalía a esta área en Santa Catarina. Por el momento han tenido uno que otro evento de musica y mercado apoyando lo local y promocionando el desarrollo. La desventaja es que aun sigue siendo área muy industrial, con fabricas, bodegas y más.
