★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 20 de noviembre a las 10:34 AM en Félix U Gómez y Madero por error subí al ruta 6 creyendo que era 202 ya que me confundí con el color, pregunté si iba para la udem. Me dijo que no y no nos devolvió el dinero diciendo que con este boleto nos transbordaba al 202, cosa que no fué cierta, a eso se le llama ROBO y no dudo que lo haga con ustedes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo quisiera pedirles que la Ruta 400 salga mas temprano de Santa Catarina a Garcia, ya que antes salia a las 5:30 am y hoy esta saliendo casi a las 6 am, son 30 minutos de diferencia lo que esta afectando que muchos usuarios lleguemos tarde a nuestros trabajos .
Ojala y alguien nos pueda ayudar, repito el problema es en la primera salida de Santa Catarina a Garcia....saludos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En un solo dia tengo que tomar los dos camiones, siempre es uno u otro que no se para. Son las 9:50pm, se tarda 40 minutos el ruta 6 en pasar y el chófer no hace la parada. Luego para pedir el aumento de tarifas son los que mas lloran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deficiente. Chóferes groseros aún no esperan a qué te sientes o que bajes. Sin contar con el tiempo de espera por lo mismo bienen llenos o tardan por que es demasiada gente para tan poco camiones. El día de hoy tomé uno con el económico #37 en rincón de las palmas alas 6. 25 am. Y se venía correteando con el otro 400 "1" y no se iba a parar si no es por que se le atreveso un camión de personal no se para. Después miro que ya no lo iba a alcanzar y se fue a vuelta de rueda. Sin contar que alos que pagamos con tarjeta no te dan boleto. En fin llegue tarde a mi trabajo por eso pero es el pan nuestro de todos los dias

En esta ocasión me tocó a mí tome una ruta 400 de García San José me subí al camión y pague con tarjeta feria y el chófer me dice que no estaba subiendo a quién pagará con tarjeta feria ya estando yo arriba del camión y mi pago ya se abia echo le dije que no me iba a bajar ya enojado se alebresto se paró al grado de quererme bajar ala fuerza y casi a golpes no satisfecho con eso me trajo paseando hasta San Jerónimo ya que ni esa era la ruta del camión pésima experiencia y súper mal el chófer llame ala ruta para reportar pero nunca contestaron
