★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo les falta a mi parecer que hagan el aseo diario, nosotros estubimos 4 días y 3 noches y nunca limpiaron nada!! A las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento y las sábanas manchadas.
In my opinion, they only need to do the daily cleaning, we were there 4 days and 3 nights and they never cleaned anything! Rooms lack maintenance and stained sheets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones deterioradas, los utensilios de cocina viejos y sucios, el A/A lo prenden de 8p.m a 8 a.m y tienes que buscar a el personal para que lo enciendan aunque sepan que está con gente la habitación, la alberca sucia, las habitaciones se conectan con otra solo las separa una puerta con un cerrojo pequeño muy inseguro, falta lugar para estar en la playa las áreas comunes las acaparan muy rápido la comida de el restaurante muy buena y el personal también de el restaurante muy amable y excelente trato la ubicación muy buena

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended a great event at the beachfront. The 3 tones band was awesome, loved it. Great music. We prebought tickets for 100 pesos which included 3 beers or two Margaritias
. Fantastic. The only heads up before the next one would be you need a few more waiters for these events. We wanted to order food but that seemed impossible. The beer arrived in a bucket of ice but it was warm. We all love cold beer. The setting was fantastic, music fantastic, distancing re tables ok. The band was so great we want to come to the next one, hoping all the beer will be COLD and you are able to get a few more waiters. They all tried very hard. With a band as good as the 3 Tones we hope the minor bumps can be leveled. Tough in these times to get staff etc. This is understood. So enjoyed being there. Thanks
