They did not honor our reservation despite having made it well in advance as they overbooked.

No nos ayudaron para nada en conseguir otro lugar a pesar de haber sido su error
Reservations are not honored despite having confirmation email. They just said "we have no place and it is their problem"
They did not help us at all in getting another place despite it being their mistake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s extremely clean and very close to the beach. Right next to an OXXO, and there’s a small market across the street. My room was small but it had everything you need, including a tiny kitchen with fridge, cooktop, and some dishes. The bed was too simply done for me (just two sheets, no blanket, pillows too small) but fortunately I’d brought extras with me. You will have to find your own parking.
