My wife and I were looking to go out to eat so I called them to make a reservation. The call when straight to voicemail but I received a text message offering to make reservations. I asked them if I could reserve and I received a canned response that did not help. I asked again and one again I received a vague and unhelpful response. I asked one last time and they saw the message but did not respond.
My wife and I nonetheless took a taxi to the restaurant. When we arrived, the lobby security guard told us we could not go up as we did not have a reservation. I told him that we had communicated with the restaurant but no help. I asked if he could help as he was talking to them on the phone and he said he could not. We ended up leaving and finding another restaurant—this, in spite of spending 30+ minutes getting here and trying to have a meal.
Awful experience. You’re better off going to any of the other kosher restaurants. I recommend you do so.
