Voy muy recurrentemente, unas 6 veces por mes, tal en ocasiones más. Por ello me atrevo a decir que deberían tener a alguien con mejor carácter, se entiende que siempre tienen bastante gente, pero, deja mucho que desear pues es la primera persona que nos recibe, además de que como clientes, merecemos si o si el mejor servicio y atención, yo no dejo de ir simplemente por que me gustan sus hamburguesas, y considero que podrian mejorar/modificar su proceso de entrega, para agilizar la entrega.
Excelentes hamburguesas solo por la atención de la señora de mostrador, les doy 4 estrellas, visitaré su otra sucursal, siempre voy a UAM.

Excellent burgers just because of the attention of the lady at the counter, I give them 4 stars, I will visit their other branch, I always go to UAM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las hamburguesas son muy ricas, de buen tamaño, buen precio y hay variedad para elegir. Cuando te preparan tu hamburguesa te preguntan que quieres que lleve. Me encantaría que tuvieran servicio a domicilio además de Didi porque se incrementan mucho los precios.
The hamburgers are very tasty, a good size, good price and there is a variety to choose from. When they prepare your hamburger they ask you what you want it to take. I would love for them to have home delivery in addition to Didi because prices increase a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros del lugar: La comida es muy rica y el tiempo de espera es adecuado, no te hacen esperar demasiado.
Contras: la atención y el personal, algunos son muy groseros y no siento que haya buena organización, no sé si haya meseros pero nadie me llevó la comida a la mesa, me tuve que levantar yo a pedirla.
Tienen servicio a domicilio (en Didi food me parece), mesas en la parte de afuera y también dentro. Cuentan con un inodoro y lava manos.
Está limpio y bien, aunque insisto, por la atención y poca amabilidad del personal no lo recomiendo mucho.
Pros of the place: The food is very tasty and the waiting time is adequate, they don't make you wait too long.
Cons: the attention and the staff, some are very rude and I don't feel like there is a good organization, I don't know if there are waiters but no one brought the food to the table, I had to get up to order it.
They have home delivery (in Didi food it seems to me), tables outside and also inside. They have a toilet and hand wash.
It is clean and well, although I insist, because of the attention and unkindness of the staff I do not recommend it very much.

Además de que los alimentos son de calidad.
Sólo tienen pago en efectivo.
El lugar es limpio y está ubicado en un lugar seguro.
No tienen estacionamiento pero puedes dejar el coche en frente sobre la calle o en calles aledañas mientras comes.
Las personas que te atienden son atentas y el servicio es rápido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya me habían recomendado este lugar y si me gustó el sazón de las hamburguesas, está delicioso. Sin embargo por ser pequeño el lugar tienen siempre gente y el personal no tienen del todo un buen orden.
No aceptan tarjeta. Para pedir tu orden te formas para pedir te dan tu ticket y esperas tu orden. Si quieres comer en el lugar tienes que esperar mucho más por que es peque el sitio.
