Deberían de tener mayor consideración si por x motivo no lo podrían realizar y que es válido pero deberían de haber cancelado en los primeros 19 min o no aceptar la orden y no quedar mal con un cliente
I requested an order via Didi and an hour later it was canceled without any explanation by the restaurant, leaving my family with no options to ask for another place by the hour. They should have more consideration if for x reason they could not do it and that it is valid but they should have canceled in the first 19 min or not accept the order and not look bad with a client
