★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entiendo las medidas anti-Covid pero el personal de la entrada muy despota. entrando te amenazan que si te ven platicando con alguien te sacan y ellos mismos son los que se te acercan para ofrecerte sus tarjetas.
 I understand the anti-Covid measures but the entrance staff is very despicable. Entering they threaten you that if they see you talking to someone they will take you out and they themselves are the ones who approach you to offer you their cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenos precios muy buena tienda muy buena ropa pero te reciben con una actitud prepotente en la entrada toda mi familia tiene membresía compramos al año como de 1600 a 2300 de ropa cada quién pero ahí en esa sucursal en la entrada grosera la actitud desde que llegas yo la verdad me dieron ganas de cancelar mi entrada y mi visita a c&a pero no por está sucursal me voy a quedar sin comprar en C&A deben capacitar a su personal más porque aparté esconden las ofertas yo mire como escondían las prendas de rebaja por lo demás c&a es buena tienda ojalá capaciten a su personal más en esta tienda muy groseros
Very good prices, very good store, very good clothes, but they receive you with an arrogant attitude at the entrance, my whole family has a membership, we buy about 1600 to 2300 of clothes each year, but there in that branch at the entrance, the attitude is rude since you arrive I really wanted to cancel my entry and my visit to c & a but not for this branch I am going to stay without buying in C & A they must train their staff more because I put aside they hide the offers I look at how they hid the sale items otherwise c & a is good store hopefully they train their staff more in this store very rude

They do not give a bag for the merchandise you already bought and they offer you one for 19 pesos, it is an incongruity or a tease

Y todavía les dije que me dieran chance sólo de pasar a pagar y bien groseras me dijeron “venga otro día” y uno viniendo desde casi el aeropuerto para el único pinche C&A qué hay en todo Acapulco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a comprar hoy 24 de febrero 2022, a las 20.18 horas compramos 6 productos le quitarían el.broche de seguridad a 2 pantalones pero casualmente solo hecharon 5 productos 2 pantalón no....espero mañana a primera hora hablar con el.o la gerente y me devuelvan el.pantalon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio ? pésimo , las chavas de servicio al cliente nada de tacto con el consumidor, a demás recalco una chava me dejo que no podía medirme la ropa, por la pandemia, entonces como piensas que la gente te va comprar deberían de dar esa información a las personas al entrar pésimo servicio ?
Bad service ? terrible, the customer service girls have no tact with the consumer, I also emphasize a girl who let me not measure my clothes, due to the pandemic, so how do you think people are going to buy you, they should give that information people when entering lousy service ?
